My Low Sodium Salt mix is a carefully balanced blend of Sea Salt & natural mineral salts, giving a rich salty taste experience, similar to table salt or sea salt but with 66% less sodium than table salt.  In addition, the natural mineral content also contributes to a healthy diet.

Suggested Uses

With flavour strength similar to table or sea salt, you use the same amount as normal salt.

Use to replace table salt in all cooking, or at the table to season your dish.

To avoid over seasoning, a good rule is to add a little at the start of cooking & more to taste before serving.

Avoid use over steam, keep in a cool dry place.
